Return & Refund Policy

At Svarn Studio we take great care in delivering premium brass décor products that reflect quality craftsmanship. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Please note that decorative brass items are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, weight or finish are part of the product’s natural character and do not qualify as defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Orders returned without prior approval
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers (if applicable)

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required details.

Replacement Policy

For damaged or incorrect items, customers may choose either:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
    or
  • Full refund

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect item, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to any other reason (if approved), the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
