Welcome to Svarn Studio. By accessing or purchasing from www.svarnstudio.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us Svarn Studio is a handcrafted brass décor brand based in India, offering authentic Rajasthani artisan-made products including vases, showpieces, idols, and home décor items.
2. Products All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in colour, finish, and dimensions are natural and not considered defects. Product images are representative and actual items may vary slightly.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, wallets (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available for select pin codes across India. COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a COD order may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
6. Shipping We ship across India and internationally. Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
7. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. For return requests, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 77099 94695.
8. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
9. Intellectual Property All content on www.svarnstudio.com including images, text, and logos is the property of Svarn Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
